The CFPC, in partnership with the Public Health Agency of Canada, is proud to launch the Prevention in Hand (PiH) website and complementary mobile app. Be one of the first to see this user-friendly and valuable health care resource, intended for health professionals and the public alike. Come to the launch at Family Medicine Forum on Friday, November 13th, at 9:40 am in College Square.
The PiH app provides immediate, on-the-go access to current information about the prevention of chronic diseases on your iPhone, iPad, Android, Windows device, or BlackBerry. Features and resources include evidence-based clinical practice guidelines, videos and tools, and CFPC’s endorsements and recommendations for practitioners as well as tips for wellness, lifestyle tools, and other practical resources for the public.
