Daily registration fees include:
- Access to all keynotes, sessions, exhibits and several networking and entertainment breaks
- Morning coffee
- Morning break
- Boxed lunch
- Afternoon break
Workshops: Several small group, hands-on workshops are available for registered guests only. Any workshops over five hours and we will waive the daily registration fees. Please explore these when you register.
Special events: Some events require pre-registration. Please add these when you register.
Live streaming dates: November 11-14, 2026 8:15 am to 4:30 pm (ET) daily.
On-Demand dates: November 20, 2026 – January 8, 2027 – 24 hours a day.
Important note: The On-Demand period cannot be extended because of our certification rules.
Direct credit entry: FMF automatically uploads credits six weeks after On-Demand concludes.

Can’t make it to FMF In person this year? You can still reap the benefits of the best family medicine education available in Canada! We will live stream approximately 35 of our highest demand sessions and all keynotes. It’s one low price whether you participate via live stream, On-Demand, or both. This is an excellent opportunity to earn over 35 credits live and on your own time over 50 days, 24/7.
Attending in person – add On-Demand
Attendees registering for three or more days of FMF in person can add On-Demand access to all recorded sessions for 50 days for only $200 more! Over 35 sessions will be available on demand to help you earn credits after FMF and have access to even more incredible CPD sessions.
