2025 Winnipeg Registration Fees
FMF operates on a break-even model, meaning every dollar earned goes directly towards providing high-quality education, networking opportunities, and celebrating the achievements within family medicine. Daily registration fees include access to all keynotes, sessions, exhibits, as well as lunch, coffee, mid-morning break and afternoon refreshments and snacks to keep you energized and engaged throughout the day.

Workshops: Several small group, hands-on workshops are available for registered guests only. Any workshops over 5 hours will waive the daily registration fees, please explore these when you register.
Special Events: Some breakfast, lunch and evening events require pre-registration. Please add these when you register. Everyone is welcome to join our celebratory evening events!
- TOGETHER 2025: Celebrating Learners, Teachers and Researchers: Join us at this brand new event at the Canadian Museum for Human Rights. Includes access to their newest gallery and an exceptional array of food stations, delicious appetizers, drink tickets, entertainment and more.
- AWARDS GALA: Join us at The Leaf at Assiniboine Park for an elegant evening celebrating excellence and achievements in family medicine. Enjoy a night of fine dining, entertainment, and inspiring stories as we celebrate success with friends and colleagues.
- ANCILLARY SESSIONS: These are certified sessions, added throughout the year, taking place over breakfast, lunch and after sessions. Please pre-register as food is provided.
- RECEPTIONS & LUNCH EVENTS: A few receptions and Lunch Event are also available, please register only if you plan to attend.
Live Streaming Dates: November 5-8, 2025 8:15 am to 4:30 pm (CST) daily.
On-Demand Dates: November 14, 2025 – January 5, 2026 – 24 hours a day.
Important Note: The on-demand period cannot be extended per our certification rules.
Direct Credit Entry: FMF automatically uploads credits 6 weeks after On-Demand concludes.

Add on Access to On-Demand for In-Person Attendees
Attendees registering for three or more days of FMF in person can add on-demand access to all recorded sessions for 50 days for only $200 more! Over 40 sessions will be available on demand to help you earn credits after FMF and have access to even more incredible CPD sessions.
