TRAVEL AND ACCOMMODATIONS:
The CFPC has reserved room blocks at the following downtown Vancouver area properties that are close to the Vancouver Convention Centre (VCC). Preferred room rates have been negotiated for the duration of the Convention; however, these rates apply to a certain number of rooms only and are available on a first-come first-served basis until October 7, 2013. Reservations received after this date will be accepted on a space available basis at the hotel’s published rate.
Please reserve directly with the hotel of your choice as soon as possible. We recommend that you make your reservation online. If you choose to make your reservation by phone, indicate that you will be attending the College of Family Physicians of Canada’s Family Medicine Forum (FMF) 2013 Convention. It is very important to remember that many of these hotels will sell out before Monday, October 7th. Don’t be disappointed. Reserve your accommodations early!
